To ensure a safe environment for all of our patients, doctors, staff and visitors are routinely being screened on arrival for symptoms, recent overseas travel or close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 to identify anyone who may be at risk of having COVID-19.
Anyone determined to be at risk of having COVID-19 from our screening processes will be instructed to perform hand hygiene and asked to leave the practice and seek advice from their GP or call healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
Our clinical staff are trained in infection prevention and control procedures and are being continuously updated on measures to manage the risk of COVID-19 the pandemic.
